At Progressability.org, we are dedicated to promoting well-being and a sense of purpose in young people, helping them feel better equipped to move forward and lead fulfilling lives. We believe every young person deserves the opportunity to succeed, and we are passionate about making that a reality.

Our team—comprising experienced staff and dedicated volunteers—brings a wealth of expertise from teaching, coaching, and beyond. Together, we offer a wide range of term-time activities for young people across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties.

Through engaging and inspiring learning opportunities, we help young people build self-esteem, grow in confidence, gain valuable skills, and achieve qualifications. Our aim is to support each individual on their journey toward further education, training, or employment.
Making Positive Changes
Our strength lies not only in the values we uphold but, more importantly, in the meaningful actions of our initiatives. From the very beginning, we recognised that by working together, we could better support young people in overcoming their challenges. This shared vision led to the launch of A4S and Positive Steps. Every day, we strive to make a positive and lasting difference in the lives of all our students.

A4S is a small charity dedicated to supplying alternative education to young students who are unable to access mainstream school for a variety of social and personal reasons.​ As a non-profit charity and we couldn't continue our work without your help, it's because of your kind donations and amazing fundraising efforts that A4S can be here. All donations will go to towards helping the re-engagement of young people.
